摘要 目的探讨结合团体心理辅导的《护理心理学》教学对护生职业心理素质的影响。方法在护理心理学教学中,选取一个教学班共46名护生进行传统讲授式教学与团体心理辅导课相结合的方法实施授课。采用前后测的实验设计,以社交回避和苦恼问卷(SAD)、大学生情绪控制问卷(ECQ)为评估工具。结果教学后,被试的社交回避(t=2.273)、社交苦恼(t=3.188)、社交回避及苦恼总分(t=3.398)显著降低(P<0.05),攻击性控制(t=-2.668)和冲动性控制(t=-3.427)水平显著提高(P<0.05);情绪复述、情绪抑制水平无显著变化。结论结合团体心理辅导的《护理心理学》教学对提高护生职业心理素质有积极作用。 Objective To explore the effects of nursing psychology teaching combined with group counseling in improving the nursing occupational psychological traits of nursing students.Methods In the teaching of nursing psychology,selecting a class of 46 students who were taught traditional teaching and group counseling class combination implementation class.Experimental design before and after the test was used with the Social Avoidance and Distress Scale ( SAD) and Emotion Control Questionnaire ( ECQ) as the assessment tool.Results After teaching,the subjects of social avoidance,social distress (t=2.273),social avoidance (t=3.188) and distress score (t=3.398) was significantly lower (P〈0.05),aggressive control (t=-2.668) and mpulse control level (t=-3.427)increased significantly (P〈0.05),emotional rehearsal,emotional inhibition levels had no significant change.Conclusion Nursing psychology teaching combined with group counseling to improve nursing students'psychological quality has a positive effect of occupation.
