初中学优生和学困生学业倦怠的比较

摘要 目的调查和比较初中"学困生"和学优生的学业倦怠情况,为"学困生"转化提供相应的参考依据。方法采用测量法、访谈法和问卷法选取298名被试,并对其学业倦怠情况进行问卷调查。结果 1男生和女生学业倦怠总体上差异不显著,但女生生理耗竭程度比男生更大(t=-2.59,P=0.01);2"学困生"和学优生在学业倦怠总分(t=-2.85,P<0.01)、情绪耗竭(t=-4.26,P<0.001)和学习的低自我效能(t=-2.19,P<0.05)维度上存在差异;在生理耗竭和师生疏离维度上"学困生"和学优生差异不显著。结论学业倦怠总体上不存在性别差异,但在生理耗竭维度上,女生的生理耗竭程度相对男生更大;"学困生"学业倦怠总体水平高于学优生,这种差异在情绪耗竭和学习的低自我效能维度上尤为突出。 Objective To survey the academic burnout situation of poor and excellence students in middle school and compare differ-ence between them,and afford corresponding reference for poor students'conversion.Methods 298 students were selected by explored measurement,interview and questionnaire methods and their academic burnout situation were surveyed.Results ①There was no differ-ence between schoolboy and schoolgirl in total score.But physiological depletion of schoolgirl was higher than that of schoolboy ( t=-2.559,P=0.01).②There were signtficant differences between poor students and excellence students in aspect of total score (t=-2.85,P〈0.01),emotional depletion (t=-4.26,P〈0.001) and low self-efficacy (t=-2.19,P〈0.05).But there were no differ-ences in the side of physiological depletion and teacher-student estrangement between them.Conclusion There is no sexual difference in total score of academic burnout,but schoolgirl's physiological depletion is higher than schoolboys;Poor students'academic burnout is higher than excellence students.And this difference is very prominent in the dimension of emotional depletion and low self-efficacy.
