摘要 目的探讨初中生心理韧性与孤独感的关系,为初中生孤独感的干预提供思路。方法采用青少年心理韧性量表和儿童孤独量表对765名初中生施测。结果初中生心理韧性的人际协助和情绪控制在性别上存在非常显著的差异(P<0.001);家庭氛围对初中生的孤独感和心理韧性有非常显著的影响(P<0.05或P<0.001);初中生孤独感与心理韧性各个维度及总分均存在显著的负相关(P<0.05);回归分析表明,心理韧性个人力方面(目标专注、情绪控制、积极认知)能显著负向预测初中生的孤独程度,其中情绪控制对孤独感的预测力最高(β=-9.43,P<0.01);心理韧性支持力方面(家庭支持、人际协助)也能显著负向预测初中生的孤独程度,其中人际协助对孤独感的预测力最高(β=-10.57,P<0.01)。结论心理韧性可能是影响初中生孤独感的重要因素。 Objective To discuss the relationship between resilience and loneliness of middle school students,and propose solutions to regulate their feeling of loneliness.Methods Data were collected by the healthy kids resilience assessment and the Children's Loneli-ness Scale from 765 middle school students.Results ①Significant gender differences was found in resilience,interpersonal assistance and emotional control(P〈0.001);②Resilience and loneliness were significantly affected by family atmosphere(P〈0.05);③ There were negative correlations between loneliness and all dimensions,total score of resilience(P〈0.05);④The level of loneliness was nega-tively predicted by focus,emotional control and positive cognition,and was mostly predicted by emotional control(β=-9.43,P〈0.01);⑤The level of loneliness was negatively predicted by family support and interpersonal assistance,and was mostly predicted by interper-sonal assistance(β=-10.57,P〈0.01).Conclusion Resilience can be an important factor to effect middle school students'feelings of loneliness.
