2014年EAU和AUA年会热点:前列腺癌标志物研究进展

Research progress of biomarkers for prostate cancer:a hotspot of 2014 EAU and AUA annual meeting

前列腺癌(PCa)是一种常见且死亡率较高的恶性肿瘤,严重威胁老年男性健康。肿瘤标志物有助于肿瘤的早期诊断、进展预后评估和疗效监测。因此,寻找比前列腺特异抗原(PSA)更具敏感性和特异性的PCa标志物具有重要的临床意义。本文结合2014年欧洲泌尿外科学会(European Association of Urology,EAU)和美国泌尿外科协会(American Urological Association,AUA)年会主题,对热点PCa标志物的研究进展作一综述。

Prostate cancer（PCa）is a common malignant tumor with a high mortality,and it seriously threatens old men’s health.Tumor biomarkers help to achieve early detection of the presence and evaluation of progression and prognosis,as well as therapeutic prediction.Therefore,it is clinically significant to find a more sensitive and specific PCa biomarker comparing with PSA.Combining the concerned subjects of 2014 EAU and AUA Annual Meeting,this article reviewed hotspots of PCa biomarkers in recent years.
