摘要
拼焊板冲压成形技术是汽车轻量化的关键技术之一,但拼焊板在冲压成形中的失效问题已成为阻碍其进一步应用的主要障碍,对于其失效机理的研究成为目前亟需解决的关键问题。从断裂失效与成形性能的表征、起皱失效及临界条件、回弹的预测与补偿等方面,对拼焊板材料冲压成形中失效问题的研究进展进行了综述。
Tailor welded blank stamping forming technology is one of the key technologies of automotive lightweight. Failure of the tailor welded blank in stamping forming has become the major barrier to its further application. The study on the failure mechanism of the tailor welded blank is an important problem to solve. The research progress of the failure during tailor welded blank stamping forming was summarized from characterization of fracture failure and forming properties, wrinkling and its critical value, prediction and compensation of springback.
