摘要
通过单向压缩热模拟实验研究了不同变形温度下中碳钢35 K控制轧制和控制冷却过程中的组织变化规律。结果表明,形变诱导铁素体的含量随着形变温度的降低而提高,而组织均匀化受吐丝温度的影响更大。随着吐丝温度的升高,组织均匀化,球化效果更加明显。
The microstructure evolution of 35K medium carbon steel at different deformation temperatures in controlled rolling and controlled cooling was studied by hot simulation experiment of uniaxial compression. The results show that the content of the deformation inducing ferrite increases with the decrease of deformation temperature, and homogenization of microstructure affected by the spinning temperature is greater. With the increase of the spinning temperature, the results of the microstructure homogenization and soheroidization are better.
