摘要
从辊坯冶炼方式、热处理工艺、组织控制、性能保证方面优化了轧辊工艺,研制出适用于轧制不锈钢镜面板的森吉米尔工作辊。研究了不同的冶炼方式对辊坯质量的影响,确定了合理的辊坯生产工艺。根据不同的淬火温度、回火温度对W6Mo5Cr4V2钢硬度、晶粒度及碳化物含量的影响规律,选定了最佳热处理工艺参数。针对产品细长比大的特点,在制造中通过多次分段预热、垂直吊放、多次校直、加强盐浴炉脱氧、粗磨后消除应力的方法合理解决了硬度不均匀、变形等技术关键。研制出的产品能完全满足用户对高品质不锈钢镜面板的要求。
The roll process was optimized from the smelting method, heat treatment, microstructure control, performance guarantee. The Sendzimir working rolls for rolling stainless steel mirror panel were developed. The effects of the different smelting methods on the quality of the roll blank were researched. The reasonable production process of roll billet was ascertained. According to the influence of different quenching temperatures and tempering temperatures on hardness, grain size and carbide content of W6Mo5Cr4V2 steel, the best heat treatment process parameters were chosen. Aiming at characteristics of large slenderness ratio,the key technologies such as uneven hardness and deformation were reasonably solved in the manufacture through stage preheating many times, vertical dipping, alignment many times, strengthening the salt bath furnace deoxidation and eliminating stress after coarse grinding. The developed products can fully satisfy customer's demands for high quality rolling stainless steel mirror panel.
