摘要
铸坯表面温度是连铸过程中的一个重要参数。通过红外热像仪对某钢厂的连铸二冷区出口处的铸坯表面温度进行了测量,并利用图像处理技术对测温的红外图像进行了处理,得到了铸坯表面温度的三维图像。分析了三维图像与质量统计数据,结果表明铸坯纵裂纹位置表面横向温差较大,达到120℃;板坯表面温度梯度最大值的位置与实际板坯对应的纵裂纹位置误差10~200 mm。
Casting blank surface temperature is an important parameter in the process of continuous casting. The casting blank surface temperature of the exit of secondary cooling zone was measured by using infrared camera. The infrared images were processed by using image processing technology. The three-dimensional images of the casting blank surface temperature were gotten. The three-dimensional images and the statistical data of quality were analyzed. The results show that the surface transverse temperature difference of casting blank longitudinal cracks location is bigger (up to 120℃); the error between the slab surface location of the maximum temperature gradient and the longitudinal crack position is 10 -200 mm.
