摘要
介绍了在镍铝青铜水玻璃砂型铸造中铸件-砂型界面传热系数的反求计算。首先对铸件、铸型的温度进行测量,然后通过ProCAST反求计算,得到了符合实际的传热系数。该方法可用于其它合金铸造过程中界面传热系数的确定。
The inverse calculation of heat transfer coefficient of casting-sand interface in the silicate sand casting of nickel-aluminum vronze were introduced. The temperature of casting and mold was measured and the heat transfer coefficient was reverse calculated by ProCAST software. This method can be used to determine the interfacial heat transfer coefficient during other alloy casting process.
