针对输送含颗粒的"固液两相介质"的过流部件的应用现状,为适应市场要求,开发耐磨合金球墨铸铁新材质,通过合理设计化学成分、球化孕育处理,以及热处理工艺,获得了强度、硬度、韧性比较理想的耐磨材料。解决了铝工业用泵在中等磨损和腐蚀工况下寿命短的问题。
In connection with the application situation for the parts of transport particle medium in solid-liquid state,Be suitable market require, the new wear resisting alloy ductile iron material was developed. By designing the chemical composition, nodular treatment, inoculation treatment and heat treatment technic, the wear resisting material have eminent strength hardness and toughness. The question of the using short time of the pump used in aluminum in the condition of medium fret and rusty was resolved.
