摘要
针对某航空弧形锻件的形状特点,结合实际生产提出一套成形工艺方案。利用有限元数值模拟软件DEFORM分析了预制坯形状对成形的影响和成形过程的2个阶段,并对锻造速度、摩擦因数、始锻温度对终成形载荷的影响规律进行了研究。通过分析和研究得出了合理的坯件形状及成形工艺参数,消除了可能出现的缺陷,并有效地降低了成形载荷。研究结果得到了验证。
Aiming at the shape characteristics of an aeronautical arc-shaped forging, and combined with the actual production, a forming process scheme was proposed. The influences of the preform shape on forming and two stages of the forming process were analyzed based on finite element simulation software DEFORM-3D. And the influence rules of forging speed, friction factor and initial forging temperature on forming load were studied. Reasonable blank shape and forming process parameters were obtained through analysis and research. The possible defects were eliminated. And the forming load was effectively reduced. The research results were verified.
