摘要 通过对32 mm厚EH36高强度船体结构钢的FCAW焊接工艺试验,选用GFL-71Ni药芯焊丝,采用相应的工艺措施施焊,并对焊后的焊接接头进行外观检验、金相检验及力学性能试验,确定了满足EH36船用高强钢FCAW的焊接工艺,并将工艺成功应用于海洋工程船舶制造,取得较大的经济、技术效益。 By FCAW welding process test on EH36 high strength hull structural steel with 32 ram thickness, taking GFL-71Ni as flux-cored wire, the FCAW welding procedure of the steel was determined.. After welding, the weld appearance inspection, metallographic examination and mechanical property test were carried out. The FCAW welding procedure was successfully applied in making marine engineering ship, which has made great economic and technical benefits.
