摘要
主要以应用MAGMA soft和华铸CAE两款软件为例,针对铸造工艺仿真设计后处理和工艺改进的主要内容与使用方法进行了较为详细的归纳、分析和总结。以实例应用验证其内容和方法的正确性并对不良工艺提出解决办法。最终,通过铸造工艺仿真应用技术获得合格工艺、优化工艺和生产条件下最佳工艺的内容和方法。
The main contents and using methods of postprocessing and process improvement of simulation design of casting process for the example of applying MAGMA soft and InteCAST were analyzed com- paratively. A example was used to verify the correctness about contents and methods, and the solutions for bad process were presented . Eventually, through the available technology of casting process simula- tion design for obtaining qualified process, optimization process and content, method of optimum proces- ses under production was visualized.
