摘要
采用一种具有浮动功能的凹模,设计了在通用压力机上即可实现铝合金连杆挤压铸造成形的模具结构。由于凹模的浮动作用,在连杆毛坯的挤压铸造成形过程中,模具可同时实现连杆毛坯的液态压力充型、压力下结晶凝固、压力补缩和固态的塑性变形等主要功能。通过工艺试验,获得的连杆毛坯的力学性能得到大幅提高,并具有优良的表面质量。
A mould structure with a floating-concave die for squeeing-casting aluminum alloy connecting rod was designed. The mould can be used on conventional press. By the floating motion of the floating- concave die during the whole squeeing-casting process, the mould has the functions of filling ,crystalliza- tion ,solidification feeding under pressure and plastic deformation. The mechanical properties of alumi- num alloy connecting rods manufactured by the mould can be improved greatly with desirable surface quality.
