摘要
为解决消失模铸造手动烘干系统存在温度、湿度控制精度不高,造成烘干效率低、品质差等问题,在分析研究模样干燥过程的基础上,设计了基于PLC的消失模烘干控制系统。阐述了消失模烘干的方案设计、系统构成和程序控制原理。结果表明,该系统具有自动化程度高、工作可靠、高效节能、数据存储功能强大、温度和湿度控制精确高、烘干效率高等优点,极大地改善了工作人员的工作环境。
Traditional mold manually drying system exists some problems such as low control precision in temperature and humidity, resulting in low drying efficiency, poor quality, directly affecting the quality of foam casting. On the basis of analyzing the drying process of the foam pattern, the mold drying con- trol system based on PLC was designed. The design principle of mold drying control, system structure and the program control were expounded. The results show that the system has the advantages of a high automation and reliability, high efficiency and energy-saving, the powerful function of data storage, temperature and humidity control precision and high drying efficiency, greatly improving the staff's working environment.
