金属型重力铸造发动机缸盖柔性化生产工艺流程

摘要 以某型号铝合金发动机缸盖生产加工检测为例,介绍了金属型重力铸造工艺柔性化生产流程,详细阐述了从产品的制芯、砂芯组装到重力浇注、冷却、震砂、除冒口至后续的抛丸、粗加工、清洗检测等关键环节的自动化生产和检测工序,为国内发动机制造业提供参考。 The design of automobile engine exhibits complex features with the higher quality requirement than other parts. As the key part of engine, the production level of cylinder block and head can directly restrict overall performance of engine. The flexible production process of aluminum alloy cylinder head of engine by the metal mold gravity casting was described, such as the product of the core, core assemb- ling, gravity casting, cooling, shaking sand, riser-removal, shot blasting, rough process, cleaning, which provides a certain reference for the domestic engine manufacture.
