机器人辅助肾部分切除术会成为“金标准” 被引量:2

摘要 目前,对于 T 1(≤7 cm )期肾细胞癌(renal cell carcinoma ,RCC ),一般均推荐保留肾单位手术(nephron‐sparing surgery , NSS )作为首要治疗手段,其中最主要为肾部分切除术(partial nephrecto‐my ,PN ),部分 T2期肿瘤在条件允许时也可采用NSS[1]。PN 包括开放肾部分切除术(open partial nephrectomy ,OPN ),腹腔镜肾部分切除术(laparo‐scopic partial nephrectomy ,LPN )和机器人辅助肾部分切除术(robot‐assisted partial nephrectomy , RA PN )。近5年来,RA PN 在欧美发达国家的应用越来越广泛,有取代 LPN 和 OPN 的趋势[2]。国内机器人手术也正处在快速发展阶段,装备机器数量逐年增加,本文就RA PN在治疗以RCC为主的肾肿瘤方面的相关进展做一概述,并结合本中心临床实践,探讨RA PN是否会成为治疗局限性肾肿瘤的“金标准”?
