摘要
目的探讨三级医院护士自我效能感、心理韧性和组织承诺水平的相互关系。方法对某市三级医院520名护士进行一般资料问卷、自我效能感量表、心理韧性量表与护士组织承诺量表调查。结果自我效能感与心理韧性、组织承诺呈正相关。自我效能感通过心理韧性的中介效应正向预测组织承诺。结论管理者通过培养护士的自我效能感来提高心理韧性水平,发挥护士抵抗逆境的能力。
Objective To investigate the correlation of self-efficacy, mental toughness and organizational commitment for nurses. Methods A survey was conducted in 520 nurses from tertiary hospital by demographic questionnaire Connor-Davidson resilience scale, self-efficacy scale and organizational commitment scale. Results Self-efficacy was positively correlated with both resilience and organizational commitment. The self-efficacy positively predicted the organizational commitment mediated by mental toughness. Conclusion The managers in nursing department need to pay more attention to cultivating the self-efficacy of nurses for improving the mental toughness and the ability of resisting adversity.
