肩关节镜微创手术治疗肩关节滑膜软骨瘤病 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨肩关节镜微创手术治疗肩关节滑膜软骨瘤病的疗效。方法选取肩关节滑膜软骨瘤病患者11例,行肩关节镜微创病灶清理手术。采用美国加州大学(UCLA)肩关节评分及疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)评价疗效。结果 11例患者术中肩关节滑膜软骨瘤体均清理干净。末次随访时,患者UCLA评分较术前升高[(32.5±2.5)分vs.(23.8±4.5)分](P<0.05),VAS评分较术前降低[(1.67±1.65)分vs.(6.23±2.46)分](P<0.05)。结论肩关节镜微创手术是治疗肩关节滑膜软骨瘤病安全及有效的办法。
