摘要
偏置曲柄滑块机构因能实现旋转运动和直线运动的相互转化,且有急回特性,故在很多机械中都有应用,但其输出特性如加速度、速度波动较大有待改进;对不同偏心率的椭圆齿轮来驱动偏置曲柄滑块机构的输出特性如加速度、速度波动进行了研究,并做了对比分析。最终找到了由椭圆齿轮来驱动的滑块输出特性比较合理的椭圆齿轮偏心率区间,从而优化了偏置曲柄滑块的输出特性,能够改善有曲柄滑动机构的机械性能,扩展了其在机械中的应用领域。
The offset slider-crank mechanism is proverbially used in many machines,because it can realize the conversion between rotary motion and linear motion,and quick-return property.However,its output characteristics need further improve such as acceleration and velocity.The different eccentricy ratio of the elliptical gear drive offset slider crank to hove the output characteristics,and makes a comparative study.Finally, found the reasonable output characteristics interval of the elliptical gear of eccentricy ratio, thereby optimize the output property of offset slider crank,and improve the mechanical properties of the crank slide mechanism, extend its application in the field of machinery.
