摘要
在分析片式LED测试分选机机械结构的基础上,针对传统LED测试分选机的分料机构结构复杂,造成安装困难、占用空间大以及分料机构中的花键轴容易产生变形等问题。改进出了一种新型的分料机构,该机构采用两个功率不同的伺服电机,利用极坐标的方式定位每一个分料孔。通过对分料机构上的易损件的SOLIDWORKS有限元分析,表明传统分料机构的花键产生的变形量对分料口定位的影响大于改进后摆臂的变形量对分料口定位的影响。基于改进后摆臂ANSYS模态分析,说明改进后分料机构稳定性好。
On the basis of analysis on the mechanical structure of the slice LED test separator, contrapose the pr -oblems that traditional LED test separator installation difficulties, occupation space as well as the spline shaft p- rone to deformation, etc. ,because of the points institution structural complexity.A new type of points institution is improved out,which uses two servo motors of different power and positioning each dosing hole by polar coor- dinates. SOLIDWORKS finite element analysis on the wearing parts of the institutiou shows that the influences of the deformation that spline of traditional institutions generated on the dosing hole positioning is greater than that improved swing arm on positioning. The improved sorting machines have good stability according to the ANSYS modal analysis on improved arm.
