往复式压缩机可靠性参数化设计方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 为快速响应市场需求,以大型往复式压缩机关键零部件的设计选型问题为研究对象,基于可靠性理论和计算机三维建模技术,开发设计了往复式压缩机关键部件参数化设计平台,可以快速、准确得出设计所需的各项技术参数和各种分析曲线,快速构造产品模型,实现数字化设计和装配,并以实例研究分析了参数化选型设计对压缩机局部结构优化的作用,验证了优化后结构的合理性。对此类机械产品借助可靠性分析、参数化设计可提高设计质量和效率,从而提高产品的市场竞争力具有现实意义。 In order to respond quickly to market needs,it chooses the design and selection of key parts of large reciprocating compressors as case study. Based on reliability theory and three-dimensional computer modeling techniques, the software used to parametric design of key components of the reciprocating compressor is developed. The technical parameters and analysis of various curves can be drawn quickly and accurately required for the design. And the work can be finished such as rapid construction product model and digital design and assembly by the software. A case is selected to analyze the function of parametric design on local structure optimization of compressor and verified that the optimized structure is reasonable. With reliability analysis and parametric design, design quality and efficiency is improved. It has practical significance to enhance the market competitiveness for products.
