摘要
针对提出的一种石油钻井平台使用的采用液压绞车驱动,钢丝绳牵引的提升式管柱输送机输运效率的问题,用Matlab软件对输送机工作时钢丝绳的受力变化情况进行了分析与研究,发现了在管柱和输送架同时提升过程中钢丝绳的受力有不同的变化规律,找出了输送机提升过程中存在的问题。通过增加辅助坡道和采用辅助支撑臂的机构优化,大大降低了输运过程中钢丝绳受力的最大变化幅度,有效的降低了液压绞车的功率,提高了提升式管柱输送机的输运效率。
For the transport efficiency problem of the elevating pipe conveyor for the use of oil drilling platform which is driven by a hydraulic winch and pulled by steel wire rope, based on Matlab software, changes of the steel wire rope load while pipe conveyor working will be analyzed and researched. Research shows the different change regularity of force on the wire rope in the process of string and transmission rack is being upgraded at the same time and finds out the existing problems of conveyor during lifiing process. The steel wire rope force will be reduced through mechanism optimization method, by adding auxiliary ramp and using the auxiliary supporting arm, which will effectively reduce the driving link power and greatly improve the transportation effwiency of elevating pipe conveyor.
