摘要 开放式数控系统相比于传统的数控系统具有互换性、可移植性、可扩展性等特点,解决了传统数控系统封闭性的问题,能较好地适应现代制造业中小批量生产的需求。基于Twin CAT3技术搭建了开放式数控系统平台,并对平台上下位机进行开发,主要包括:模块选择、译码、插补、伺服驱动和网络通信等模块,很好地控制了平台的稳定性,并且平台具有通用接口能力。利用此平台进行了各类数控系统插补算法实现,并对直线、圆弧、NURBS曲线和刀具补偿等功能进行加工验证。 Open CNC system compared with the traditional CNC system has many characteristics, such as compatibility, portability, scalability, it solved the problem of the traditional CNC system about the traditional digital closed system, and can well meet the demands of modern manufacturing medium and small batch production. It sets up an open numerical control system based on TwinCAT3 technology platform, and the up and down machine for development platform, mainly includes: model selection, decoding module, interpolation, servo drive and network communication module, and it can well control the stability of the platform, and the platform is with common interface capabilities. All kinds of CNC system is studied by using this platform, and can carry on the manufacturing verification for interpolation algorithm, the straight line, arc, NURBS curve and the cutting tool compensation function.
