摘要
电解铝阳极导杆矫直是阳极组装生产中的重要环节,其矫直效果直接影响碳素阳极在电解槽中的工作状态。以电解铝阳极导杆矫直技术为研究对象,设计新型铝导杆矫直装置,既能确保阳极导杆四面弯曲部位得到矫直,也能矫直阳极钢爪的弯曲;同时,计算不同矫直力作用于阳极导杆后所对应的矫直效果,从而确定电解铝阳极导杆矫直力的大小;最后,研究电解铝阳极导杆矫直装置关键重要零部件的受力情况,对导杆矫直装置的机身和主轴进行结构优化,获得良好的力学性能及可靠性。
Aluminum anode rod straightening is an important part of the anode assembly production, which directly affects the carbon anode straightening effect in the cell in working condition~ With the study of aluminum anode rod straightening technique, it proposed new aluminum guide rod straightening device, ensuring both sides anode rod bent parts to get straightened, and straightening anode steel claw bend. Meanwhile, it researched straightening effect of anode rod after being acted by different straightening force, thus determining the size of the electrolytic aluminum anode guide rod straightening force. Finally, analyzed the forces for key important components in aluminum anode rod straightening device, and calculated the forces of guide rod racks and fixed inner tube, optimizing straightening device structure, in order to obtain good mechanical properties and reliability.
