基于正交试验的SUV侧翻性能仿真分析

摘要 基于某SUV参数测试数据,运用CARSIM建立整车模型,通过蛇形试验工况进行仿真分析,验证了模型的有效性。在此基础之上,通过鱼钩试验工况,采用正交试验的方法,得到了一个最优方案和车辆的关键参数对反映汽车侧翻稳定性的横向加速度、侧倾角和横摆角速度等评价指标的贡献率,分析这些参数对侧翻稳定性评价指标的贡献率,得到了这些关键参数与侧翻稳定性的关系。这为开发前期对整车侧翻性能的预测提供参考依据。 Based on certain SUV parameters test data, a model for the SUV is set up by CARSIM, through analyzing the simulation results of the snake test, which shows the validity of the model On this basis and by means of orthogonal array( OA ) , a optimal solution and contribution rate of the key parameters on the lateral acceleration, roll angle and yaw rate and other rollover stability evaluations are obtained at the working condition of fishhook. The relationship between these key parameters of vehicle and rollover stability is obtained by analyzing the contribution rate of the key parameters on the evaluation of rollover stability, which provides a reference for the forecast of vehicle rollover performance in the early development.
