地方文化视野下农村业余文艺团队的管理——以施甸县为例

Management of Rural Amateur Art Groups from the Aspect of Local Culture--A Case Study of Shidian County

文化馆如何加强农村业余文艺团队的管理,在地方文化视野下整合、利用好各种资源提高农村业余文艺团队的文化艺术活动素养,是文化馆群众文化发展面临的重大课题。从施甸县农村业余文艺团队现状入手,分析查找目前农村业余文艺团队存在的主要问题和不足,充分肯定业余文艺团队在丰富农村文化生活、繁荣农村文化发展中的积极作用,并提出建设农村业余文艺团队的管理办法及措施。

It is an important task for the development of mass culture through strengthening the management of rural amateur art groups, properly using resources available to improve their culture and art accomplishment from the perspective of local culture. This paper surveys the current situation of rural amateur art groups in Shidian County, analyzes their problems and shortcomings, fully acknowledges the positive role of rural art groups in enriching rural life and rural culture, and then suggests measures of managing rural amateur groups.
