摘要
利用废弃啤酒酵母,对水中Cu2+吸附特性进行研究。结果表明,啤酒酵母以2%海藻酸钠作为包埋剂制备的固定化菌体吸附Cu2+的效果最好。最优吸附条件为:吸附时间为120 min,p H值为5,温度为30℃,起始Cu2+浓度50 mg/L。模拟Freundlich和Langmuir吸附等温方程,从相关系数的大小来看,以Langmuir方程最优。可用HCl作为解吸剂进行解吸,使吸附剂得到再生。
The Cu2+ absorption performance of waste beer barm in water was investigated. The results suggested that, the immobilization beads prepared by 2 % sodium alginate (used as embedding medium for beer barm) had the best Cu2+ absorption effects. The optimal absorption condi- tions were summed up as follows: absorption time was 120 min, pH5, temperature at 30 ℃, and the initial Cu2+ concentration was 50 mg/L. The a bsorption could be simulated by the equations including Langmuire and Freundlich dynamic equation, and Langmuire dynamic equation was more suitable. Besides, HC1 could be used as the strippant for the reactivation of the absorbent.
