Analytical model for smart water resource construction based on smart dependence

论述了智慧水务的内涵,提出智慧水务运行架构,包括水务数据活化层、数据应用服务层以及水务业务应用层3层.结合水务业务特点及智慧水务的需求,提出基于信息处理的智慧化依赖程度的智慧水务建设分析模型.通过关联分析,可以找到该项水务业务的智慧水务建设处于迫切建设区、多元化建设区、建设完善区或缓建区,并且通过三维立体模型的分析架构,可以更直观地找到其对应位置.本研究为智慧水务建设提供了一个进程规划的分析工具和模型,有利于智慧水务建设的实施和完善,为解决城市水资源问题提供重要途径.

The connotation of smart water resource is discussed; the run architecture of smart water resource is put forward,which includes three layers,i.e.water resource data activation layer,data application service layer and water resource business application layer.Combined with the characteristics of water business and demand of smart water resource,an analytical model for smart water resource construction is built based on smart dependence by different water resource businesses.Through correlation analysis,the area of smart water resource construction in urgent construction area,diversification area,construction perfect area or alleviate area can be found; and the corresponding position can be more intuitive to find through the analysis of three-dimensional model.The research provide an analysis tool for smart water resource planning,conductive to the implementation and perfection of smart water resource construction,provide an important way to solve the problems of urban water resources.
