摘要
以3 000 t级京杭运河柴油-LNG混合动力改造试点船舶为研究对象,在不改变机体结构和燃烧方式的前提下,通过对船用柴油机加装双燃料系统,使其能够在混合动力模式下运行,从而获得理想的动力性能、经济性和排放的环保性。同时介绍了LNG储存、汽化和供气等主要气体系统,分析了混合动力船舶对防火分隔、消防、监控、防爆保护等要求与处理方法,探讨了逃逸气体的控制方式,希望能在摸索LNG船舶应用方面提供一些参考。
The paper takes the Grand Canal 3000 t class diesel oil and LNG mixing power reconstructing experimental ship as research subject,no altering engine structure and burning mode,through adding double fuel system for the marine diesel engine,making it run under the mixing power mode,thus achieving the perfect power performance,economical efficiency and exhausting environmental protection. At the same time it introduces the main system of LNG storage,boiloff and supplying etc,analyzing requirement and dealing method of mixing power ship for fire compartmentation,fire fighting,monitoring,explosion protection etc,discussing the control mode of escaping LNG,hoping that it can provide some references for the LNG application in ship.
