良性阵发性位置性眩晕临床治疗研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 良性阵发性位置性眩晕（benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,BPPV）是一种常见的临床疾病,其特征是在某些特定的动作之后可诱发短暂的眩晕发作,包括抬头、翻身或弯腰后直立.该病患病率为11～64/10万人,人群的终生患病率为2.4％,占门诊所有眩晕疾病的17％～24％[1],此外,临床上90％的位置性眩晕或眼震是由BPPV所引起的[2].
