阿莫西林/他唑巴坦钠的体内、外抗菌活性研究

摘要 β-内酰胺类抗菌药物在临床广泛应用,导致产生β-内酰胺酶的耐药菌株不断增多.阿莫西林(amoxicillin,AMO)是一种半合成的广谱青霉素,属氨基青霉素类;对流感嗜血杆菌、大埃希菌奇异变形杆菌、沙门菌属、痢疾志贺菌、脑膜炎奈瑟菌和不产酶淋病奈瑟菌等革兰阴性菌有很强的抗菌活性,对钩端螺旋体、梅毒螺旋体也有较好的作用,但AMO不能抑制可产生β-内酰胺酶的金黄色葡萄球菌和肠杆菌[1].将β-内酰胺类抗菌药物与β-内酰胺酶抑制剂他唑巴坦(tazobactam,TAZ)联合应用,拮抗β-内酰胺酶的水解作用,提高抗菌活性,已受到广泛重视[2,3].本研究观察了不同配比AMO/TAZ的体内外抗菌作用,为临床应用提供实验依据.
