舌尖上的世俗与革命——陆文夫《美食家》中的大众形象分析

陆文夫的《美食家》通过描写各具形态的市井民众,反映了1980年代社会转型中世俗化观念建立的曲折,折射了上世纪80年初社会转型历史的丰富性与驳杂性:革命与世俗相互纠缠,最终却沉落于世俗的泥沼,以"平等""高尚"为名的对多元趣味的统一合并与尊重差异允许各阶层有自由选择空间构成了革命与味觉的奇妙辩证,嗜好美味的天性遭到革命、政治、文化观念的收编与规训,其实质是对身体本身的贬抑,而对于身体自然感觉的强调,正是社会走向"世俗化"的前奏。

The various images of the populace in Lu Wenfus’ The Gourmet reflect the tortuous process of the establishment of secular concepts amid the social transition of the 1980 s,and embody the richness and complexity of the history of social transformation in the early 1980 s. As is shown in the novel,revolution is intertwined with worldliness,and eventually lapses into the mire of the secular. The unity and merge of diverse interests in the name of ＂equality＂and ＂refinement＂as well as the respect for diversity and the permission to free choices for various social strata have constituted a wonderful dialectical relationship between revolution and the sense of taste. The redress and discipline of the instinct of hobbies and delicacies by revolution,and concepts of politics and culture is in essence a depreciation of the body itself; while an emphasis on the natural feeling of the body is a prelude to the secularization of the society.
