血府逐瘀汤加减治疗冠心病心绞痛36例疗效观察

The treatment effect observation of Xuefuzhuyu Decoction in the use of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris for 36 cases

目的探讨在西医基础上使用血府逐瘀汤加减治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法以76例冠心病患者为研究对象,分别采用西医治疗(对照组)和西医基础上加血府逐瘀汤加减治疗(观察组)。结果 2组临床症状明显缓解时间、心电图T波改善时间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组显效人数所占比例最高,达到63.9%,而对照组患者好转和有效患者比例较高,2组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论冠心病心绞痛患者在西医治疗的基础上服用血府逐瘀汤,心绞痛、心肌缺血等症状改善快,疗效好,值得临床进一步研究推广。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of using Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease on the basis of western medicine. Methods 76 cases of coronary heart disease patients as the research object were treated by western medicine （control group） and western medicine plus Xuefuzhuyu Decoction （observation group） respectively. Results The differences of apparent clinical symptoms remission time and T wave of ECG improvement time were statistically significant （P〈0.01）. The proportion of significant effect was the highest in observation group, reaching 63.9%, while in the control group, the proportion of improved and effective were higher, the difference of therapeutic effects between two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion For the patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,taking Xuefuzhuyu Decoction on the basis of western medicine, angina and myocardial ischemia symptoms improve fast with good effect, which is worthy of further promotion.
