摘要
采用碱液浸提法提取番木瓜渣中水不溶性膳食纤维,研究了料液比、NaOH浓度、提取温度、提取时间对水不溶性膳食纤维提取率的影响。结果表明,番木瓜渣水不溶性膳食纤维提取的最佳工艺条件为:料液比1∶20 g/mL,NaOH浓度4%,提取时间70 min,提取温度65℃。在此工艺条件下,提取率为30.393%。
Insoluble dietary fiber was prepared by alkalinity extraction from papaya powder. The single factor experiment was carried out including solid-liquid ratio,alkali concentration,extracting temperature, and extracting time. The result showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:ratio of solid-liquid was 1 :20 g/mL,NaOH concentration was 4%,extracting time was 70 min,extracting temperature was 65 ℃. Under this condition,the yield was 30. 393%.
