摘要
合成了一种新型缓蚀剂2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛缩氨基硫脲(HMBT),采用静态失重和动电位极化曲线法探讨了其在盐酸介质中对Q235碳钢缓蚀性能。结果表明,随着缓蚀剂浓度提高,碳钢的腐蚀速率下降,因此HMBT可以作为一种良好的缓蚀剂。HMBT在碳钢表面的吸附遵循Langmuir吸附等温式,HMBT分子在碳钢表面的吸附自由能表明既包括物理吸附也包括化学吸附。动电位极化的测量结果表明HMBT是一种混合型的缓蚀剂。
A new corrosion inhibitor 2-hydroxy-4-methoxy benzaldehyde thiosemicarbazone( HMBT )was synthesized. The corrosion inhibition effect of HMBT on mild steel was evaluated in 1 mol/L HCl by means of weight loss and potentiodynamic polarization. The results show that the corrosion rate of mild steel decreases with the increasing concentration of inhibitor. Thus,HMBT can serve as a good inhibitor. The adsorption of HMBT on Q235 steel surface obeys Langmuir adsorption isotherm,including both physi-cal and chemical adsorption. The results of potentiodynamic polarization measurements indicate that HMBT is a mixed-type inhibitor.
