摘要 果胶低聚糖(POS)作为一类新型的益生元,能够影响细菌菌群而发挥其潜在的益生活性,以及一些其他健康影响的能力。由于具有增强性能新型益生元的生产和商业化提供了新的研究和商业机会,人们越来越关注果胶低聚糖的生产、纯化、鉴定和益生功能的评估。综述了POS的生产、化学性质、纯化和特有的性能,特别是其体外和体内生物学功能。 Pectin oligosaccharides( POS)are a new class of prebiotics,they have putative prebiotic activi-ties caused on bacterial populations,and the abilities to exert a number of other healthy effects. Because the production and commercialization of new prebiotics with enhanced properties offer new research and business opportunities,there is an increased interest on the production,purification,identification and evaluation of POS with improved properties. The scientific information available on the production,chemi-cal characterization,purification and properties of POS,with special focus on their in vitro and in vivo effects were reviewed.
