摘要
现场作业表单是现场作业的指导,能控制现场作业的盲目性和随意性。为切实实现一线员工减负的目的,现在纸质作业表单的有效应用基础上进行电能计量运维现场作业信息系统的研制。本系统的亮点在于现场作业信息化、任务操作流程化、资产录入管理自动化。通过试点应用来看,该套系统能够避免业务流程与现场工作的脱节,更大程度提升工作效率与管理水平,具有极高的推广应用价值。
The field operation form is the guidance for the field operation and controls the blindness and randomness the on-site operation. In order to alleviate burdens on the field employees,this paper developed an on-site informa-tion system for the electric energy metering operations based on the effective application of the paper operation form. The highlights of this system lie in the on-site operation informatization,task streamlining and assets entry manage-ment automation. Through pilot application,it is proved that this system can avoid the disconnection between the op-eration flow and the field work,improve the work efficiency and management level to a greater degree,and also has a very high value of popularization and application.
