摘要
对基于最小二乘法的椭圆拟合算法进行了研究,提出先将多个平面内的测量点坐标旋转到同一平面内,统一坐标系后分别进行平面椭圆拟合,得到圆柱形体的中心坐标和半径等特征参数,从而实现圆柱形体定位。采用MATLAB编写程序实现了算法,利用徕卡全站仪进行数据采集,对某大型圆柱形储罐进行了倾斜度和准直度分析。
We study the ellipse fitting algorithm based on leastsquare principle, propose to rotate the cylinders to the unified plane, to conduct planar ellipse fitting after unifying lhe coordinate, and to get the center coordinates and radius and other parameters of the cylinder to position the cylinder. Using MATLAB to program and the Leiea Total Station to obtain the data, it makes the analysis of collimation and inclination of the large cylindrical take come true.
