Design and Realization of Surveying Instruments Management System

测绘仪器类型多样,同一类型包含不同名称的仪器,同一名称的仪器还可以有多台不同编号的仪器。为有效管理测绘仪器,从数据库设计与创建入手,对仪器的入库登记、出库(检定、外借、维修)等操作实现信息化管理,提出仪器查找的逐级过滤法及对应的仪器三段式编码,设计了7种仪器状态,并分析不同状态的转换关系,对报表自动添加条形码,实现了利用条码扫描枪对报表条码扫描,自动调出报表的仪器出库记录集,并快速加以返还的作业模式。

There are various instruments for surveying and mapping. It includes many instruments with different names in the same type. Besides, several instruments with various codes belong to the same instrument with unique name. In order to effectively manage these instruments, the surveying instruments management system is created to provide the information management station for the normal registration of the new instrument. We edite the instrument manipulation reports including calibrating with repairing and borrowing. It＇ s put forward for the instrument searching method of filtering class by class and naturally the instrument encoding method with three segments. We design seven instrument states and analyze the transferring relationship between them; automatically appending the uniform bar code to the end report and the fast instrument returning method are realized by listing the instrument manipulation records group in the same report through the scanning of the serial bar embedded on report＇s up-right corner with the electric scanner.
