摘要
在地区电网重构进行分合闸操作中,被操作设备是否处于一个供电分区往往是决定操作成败的决定性条件。在进行操作之前进行一次全网的供区分析来确定被操作设备或设备组所属的供区,进而决定本次操作的安全性、可行性。提出了一种考虑供区约束的网络重构算法,将调度运行经验以约束条件的形式考虑进来,缩小了寻优空间,避免了启发式算法的盲目搜索和陷入局部最优,其准确性以实际电网为例进行验证。
During the switching-closing operation in regional power grid reconstruction,that the operation is success or failure is greatly depends on whether the operated equipments are in the same power supply section. To determine the safety and feasibility of the operation,a supply analysis for the whole network is performed before the operation,so as to determine the power supply section of the operated equipments. A network reconstructing algorithm with the con-sideration of the supply area constraints is proposed. The operation experience is considered in the form of constraint condition ,so as to reduce the optimization space and avoid blind search and local optimum for the heuristic algorithm. The accuracy of the grid reconstruction algorithm is verified by actual power grid examples.
