2种景天科植物的栽培与繁殖研究

Study on Cultivation and Breeding of Two Kinds of Crassulaceae Plants

以桃美人、星美人为试验对象，对其叶片扦插繁殖进行了探索，以期找到这2种景天科植物大量繁殖的快速有效途径。结果表明，温度对于景天科植物叶片扦插繁殖具有一定的影响，最适温度为18～22℃，温度过高或过低都不利于叶片的萌发；扦插基质对桃美人、星美人的叶片扦插繁殖也有一定的影响，当扦插基质的成分草木灰、普通泥土、沙子、煤球渣滓比例为1∶2∶2∶1时，扦插生根效果最好。

The experiment was carried by taking Pachyphytum cv.MOMOBIJIN and Pachyphytum oviferum as research object from two aspects of leaf blade seed germination and cutting propagation to explore the effective and quick way of two crassulaceae plants’ propagation.The results showed that different tempera？tures have different effects on the leaf blade seed germination of different of Crassulaceae,and the tempera？ture which too high or too low are detrimental to the leaf blade seed germination;Different substrates have different effects on leaf blade cutting.The optimum environmental condition for cuttage propagation was in the temperatures of 18~22℃ and media of 1∶2∶2∶1 plant ash,ordinary soil,sand,and coal dross.
