摘要
《食品分离技术》课程是食品质量与安全专业的专业选修课。该文着重对食品工业中的常用现代分离技术进行课堂教学的探索,从优化教学内容的组织、增强自学与课堂讨论的引入以及促进实验技能的提升等方面进行了探讨。
Food Separation Techniques is a high theoretical and paractical specialized basic course.How to arouse the interest of students and cutivate the students’scientific research ability and comprehensive qual?ity was discussed from reasonable organization of teaching contents,combining theory with practice and teaching with experiments.
