油罐区是重大工业危险源,数量多、危险性大。罐区油品的进出、收付频繁,易引发火灾、爆炸等安全事故。介绍了国内罐区自动化系统的现状及发展史,介绍了罐区自动化系统的层次结构和功能。同时介绍了罐区自动化系统的远程操作、过程事件报警、Web服务器功能等。希望对新建罐区管理系统以及老罐区的改造设计有一定的参考意义。

Oil tank farm is a major industrial risk source with huge number and danger. Oil products get fro and to tank farm very frequently. There is a high risk causing fire and explosion accidents. Current situation and development history of automatic system in domestic tank farm are introduced. Hierarchical structure and function of automatic system in tank farm are introduced. Functions of remote operation, process incident alarm, Web server are introduced. It will provide references for management system of new-built tank farm and modification design of existed tank farm.
