摘要
为了解决因介质分层、温度分布不均等现象致使储罐参数不能准确测量的问题,结合高精度压力传感技术、等浮力浮子引压管技术、毛细管介质阻隔技术以及引压管环境补偿技术,在实际应用中设计采用了一种综合计量系统。参照具体项目中的应用经验,简要说明了计量系统原理、设备选型与性能指标、安装要求以及应用经验。综合计量系统的应用解决了一般计量设备功能单一、精度不高、信号通信困难等问题。实际应用表明,系统具有运行稳定,安全性、准确度高,操作简单等优点,特别适合多功能、高精度要求下的罐区自动计量与监控。
To solve inaccurate measurement problems of storage tank parameters due to medium stratification, uneven distribution of temperature and so on factors, one integrated metering system is designed in practical application combining with high-precision pressure sensor technology, buoyancy impulse technology, capillary barrier technology and environmental compensation technology for pressure line. Metering system theory, equipment selection, performance index, installation requirements and experience are briefly described by reference to experiences of specific project. Problems of single function, low precision, difficult signal communication with general metering devices are solved with application of integrated metering system. The practical application shows the system is with advantages of stable running, high security, high accuracy and simple operation, and is suitable for automatic metering and monitoring of tank farm with multi-function and high precision requirements.
