摘要
为了确保某装置各级蒸汽管网的稳定,通过蒸汽管网的各种工况,分析透平旁路阀的相应动作。详细阐述了透平旁路阀的定量跟踪、快速动作功能,介绍了阀体、阀芯、执行机构的结构;讨论了如何通过DCS参数运算使其实现预定动作要求。最后介绍了工程实际应用中遇到的问题实例,并与其他类似方案做了比较。
In order to ensure stability of steam pipe network with all levels, corresponding actions of turbine bypass valve are analyzed under variety of working conditions. Quantitative tracking function and quick action function of turbine bypass valve are described in detail. Valve body, valve element, actuator structure are introduced. How to realize its predetermined requirements through parameter calculation of DCS is discussed. Problems in engineering application are introduced finally with actual case, and are compared with other similar schemes.
