山西省棉花种质资源综合分析评价 被引量:2

摘要 2012—2013年,对山西省棉花种质资源进行了综合分析和评价。结果显示,棉花种质资源材料农艺性状表现为:生育期以中早熟材料(126~135 d)为主,占40.4%;单株结铃数主要分布在7.1~9.0个之间;铃质量以中等大小(4.1~6.0 g)为主,占71.42%;衣分相差50%,比较悬殊,大部分在31.0%~40.0%之间;子指主要分布在9.1~12.0 g之间,占总数的72%。纤维品质表现为:棉纤维上半部平均长度在28.1~30.0 mm之间的材料占总数的33.5%,在30.1~32.0 mm之间的占10.5%;纤维长度整齐度指数在74.5%~87.8%之间,其中63%的材料在83.0%~87.8%高档范围内;有40.8%的材料马克隆值属于B级中的B2档,A级占30.6%;棉纤维断裂比强度有42.7%的材料超过31.0 c N/tex,表现优良。 During 2012-2013,cotton germplasm resources in Shanxi province were analysized and evaluated. The results showed t hat agronomical characters of cotton germplasm resources were which growth periods were mainly mid-early maturity materials(126-135 d), which account for 40.4% of the total materials; the number of boll per plant was mainly 7.1-9.0; boll weights were mainly medium size(4.1-6.0 g), account for 71.42%; differences of lint were higher, the highest could reach 50%, and the lint of most materials was 31.0%-40.0%; the range of seed indices was mainly 9.1-12.0 g, which account for 72% of the total. The fiber quality showed that the upper half mean length of fiber was 28.1-30.0 mm, which accounts for 33.5% of the total materials, the materials of fiber length30.1-32.0 mm account for 10.5%; fibre uniformity indices were 74.5%-87.8%, among which, the fibre uniformity of 63% materials was83.0%-87.8%; the micronaire value of 40.8% materials belonged to B2 of Grade B, Grade A accounts for 30.6%; fiber breaking strength of 42.7% materials were over 31.0 c N/tex, which perform well.
