摘要
用盾壳霉固体发酵物分别稀释5倍、10倍、50倍、100倍、200倍和400倍对向日葵浸种,研究其对种子萌发、根长、株高、干质量和鲜质量的影响;并采用紫外分光光度法测定了盾壳霉发酵物浸种向日葵后,叶内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的变化。结果表明,稀释50倍的发酵液能明显促进根长、株高生长,增加干质量,效果最好;100倍的发酵液对种子萌发和根长生长有明显的促进作用,效果最好;稀释10倍的盾壳霉发酵物浸种向日葵后,叶片内SOD活性显著高于对照。
Sunflower seeds were pretreated with 5 times,10 times, 50 times, 100 times, 200 times and 400 times of fermentation filtrate of Coniothyrium minitans. Seeds germination, root length, height, fresh weight and dry weight of sunflower pretreated with different concentration of fermentation filtrate of C. minitans were carried out. The changes of SOD activity were determinated by ultraviolet spectrometry in sunflower leaves after seeds were pretreated with fermentation product of C. minitans. The results showed that 50 times of C.minitans fermentation filtrate promote root length and height, increased dry weight significantly. 100 times of C. minitans fermentation filtrate stimulated seeds germination and root length. SOD activity of sunflower pretreated with 10 times fermentation product of C. minitans was significantly higher than the control in the leaves.
