摘要
从红提葡萄大田根际土壤中分离到103株拮抗菌。平板对峙试验发现,12个菌株对红提葡萄白粉病病原菌具有较强的拮抗作用,其中以SZ9,LT3,PG12作用最强。管碟试验结果表明,菌株SZ9,LT3抑菌谱较广,对红提葡萄其他几种病害如炭疽病、白腐病、霜霉病均有明显的拮抗作用。
103 antagonistic strains were isolated from field rhizosphere soil of red globe grape. The plate confrontation experiments revealed that 12 antagonistic strains were of obvious antibacterial activities against Uncinula necator. Among them, strain SZ9, PG12 and LT3 were found much effective than the others. The cylinder-plate method showed that SZ9 and LT3 had broad-spectrum angonistic activity against several other diseases of red globe grape such as Plasmopara viticola, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Coniella diplodiella.
