摘要
利用Radioss建立了一款8m客车的有限元模型,进行了侧翻仿真模拟,得到的客车侧翻角,以及车身侧围立柱与生存空间的最小距离.从能量吸收、速度与加速度分析、车身立柱变形、生成空间评估角分析等方面对客车侧翻进行了安全性评价.结果表明,该客车侧翻符合法规要求,但应在上部安装一些吸能装置,提高客车安全性.给出了该客车侧翻平均加速度、加速度均方根值,以及最大加速度指标.
A finite element model of an 8mbus was established and the dynamic rollover process of the bus was simulated using Radioss.The bus rollover angle and body side pillar with the minimum distance between residual space are close to real vehicle test results.The safety of bus structure was evaluated from the aspects of the energy absorption,velocity and acceleration analysis,body column deformation and residual space evaluation angle.The results showed that the bus structure meet the requirement,but some energy absorbing device must be fixed in the upper structure to improve the bus safety.Average acceleration and acceleration root-mean-square value and maximum acceleration were getten so as to provide reference for the bus improves and future design of the same type bus.
